Return and Exchange Policy
- No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of customized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund claims.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for approved claims of damaged or incorrect products will be credited within 7 business days following the successful verification and confirmation of the issue by our quality assurance team. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for consideration.
- Refunds for Damaged Products: In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, a refund may be issued.
- Customers must provide a clear parcel opening video as evidence.
- Requests without this video will not be considered.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
