  1. Payment Policy
  • We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
  • For COD orders, the full amount must be paid upon delivery.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time will vary based on the location.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  1. Return and Exchange Policy
  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of customized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund claims.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds for approved claims of damaged or incorrect products will be credited within 7 business days following the successful verification and confirmation of the issue by our quality assurance team. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for consideration.
  • Refunds for Damaged Products: In the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product, a refund may be issued.
    • Customers must provide a clear parcel opening video as evidence.
    • Requests without this video will not be considered.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

  • AllureShop is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, courier issues, or other external factors.
